Support & Warranty:

1) Phone & Email: If you you need technical support, kindly call: 98448499 and we will be glad to assist. Alternatively, you can scan a copy of sample printout and email to we will revert to you ASAP.

2) Carry-in warranty: All our products are on carry-in warranty basis. Ink cartridges comes with 1 year warranty, and laser toner cartridges with 6 mths warranty. If you suspect the cartridge is faulty, you can bring to our office address above for checking and claims. Kindly call in advance and bring along the purchase receipts. All items sent to us will be checked / repaired / resolved within 3 days.

3) Printer Check Service: If you are unsure whether cartridge or printer is faulty, simply bring the printer and sample printout for us for checking. (only for ORINK customers only). We will do it for you FOC. We will have it checked and update status within 3 days.

4) On-site Technical Support: Available at standard rate of $80/trip.
